All the time we make choices. For example, we choose to exercise or not. We decide to eat healthy or not. We choose to read one page of a book or not. No matter if you do or not, it is already a choice and decision in your life.
So, every choice, and every decision affects your life. We become what we think and repeatedly choose to do daily.
My dear friend Bryan says all the time. “We choose every day who we want to be with big decisions and small ones, and everyone matters.”
Don’t just focus on big choices and long-term decisions, please be accountable for daily choices.
