Marietta, GA – America’s Jubilee
According to Old Testament scripture, every 7 years the economic cycle renews and every 7 cycles there is a “Jubilee” year where there is a reset.
So, applying our liberal arts math, we have experienced a type of cycle that repeats, “7 x 7 = 49 + 1 Jubilee Year”. When we look back, we have averaged a recession and recovery period about 35 times in our country’s history. Subtracting 1776 from 2021 we get 245 and dividing that by 7 the answer is 35. Very interesting.
Reading George Friedman’s “The Next 100 Years” I realize that America has also experienced economic Jubilee cycles that we can track.
1780 America’s Independence and Governance Formation
1830 Federal Reserve and National Fiscal Policy toward Nationalism
1880 Reconstruction and Western Expansion
1930 Great Depression and Industrialization (Factory Automation)
1980 Prosperity, Tax Reform, and Information Technology
2030 Great Reawakening and Reset being predicted.
As predicted by George Friedman, the next decade (2020-2030) will be huge. Our civic, economic, cultural, and technological cycles will all converge for a reset not only in America but the entire world.
