Atheism, by Rebecca A. Wilson

Atheism

“The belief that there was nothing and nothing happened to nothing and then nothing magically exploded for no reason, creating everything and then a bunch of everything magically rearranged itself for no reason whatsoever into self-replicating bits which then turned into dinosaurs.

Makes Perfect sense.”

  1. Witty remark, I like it a lot. I have no prior knowledge of who Rebecca A. Wilson is but I am now her fan. Thanks Bryan!

  2. Where do you get all of these great stuff you put up in your blog! Awesome finds, Bryan! Thanks for sharing this. Sorry for the ignorance, but is Rebecca Wilson an author? I would love to read more of her work.

  3. Ms. Wilson must be a really fun and intelligent lady. I wish to read more of her work, care to share some? Thank you in advance.

  4. Great post! There is a greater force that made all of these. Greater than all of us combined, greater than us by million-folds. Just my two cents.

  5. I have read this quote 5 times and I still love reading it. It amazes me. Rebecca did something magically with these words!

  6. I love this! This reminds me of one of my favorite quotes by evangelist Andrew Wommack. In his book, Grace: The Power of the Gospel, he talks about the relationships he formed while serving in Vietnam. Interestingly, many of the men were proclaimed Atheists up until times of attack. In the face of true danger, these “Atheists” suddenly shifted their entire theological paradigm and began to cry out to God- the same God that they previously dismissed. From this experience, Wommack coined the phrase, “there are no Atheists in foxholes,” to suggest the impermanence of Atheism.

In my experience, this story alone has been wildly successful at grasping the attention of non-believers. If that’s not enough, then just take a look at a newborn baby!! 🙂

Regards for all your efforts that you have put in this. Very interesting info. “Gods are fragile things they may be killed by a whiff of science or a dose of common sense.” by Chapman Cohen
