Manage Yourself First and Then Manage Your Team

Atlanta, GA –Peter Drucker said that you cannot manage other people unless you manage yourself first. Getting results is much easier if your team sees themselves as valued contributors focusing on team goals. Lead them by encouraging excellence. You will accomplish great things together.
